Poor customer service. While purchasing gas I also purchased a car wash but when I started to go to the car wash, I saw a sign that said the car wash was not in service. So I went somewhere else & paid for a second car wash. My receipt had an expiration date for the car wash. I went by the store a couple of times trying to get my car wash, but the sign was still there. Two days after the expiration date, I realized I had never gotten my car wash. So I went inside. It seems that the car wash was never out of service. When they put the sign in the grass, the car wash is fine. It is only when the sign is in the drive & blocking the car wash that it is not in service. Hmm....that would have been nice to know. Now I realize I should not have waited so long to check on this, especially with an expiration date. I take responsibility for that. But when I went inside, I did not get an apology or any effort to "make it right". What about a free doughnut & coffee for my trouble? I received absolutely nothing! I paid for a car wash that I did not receive. Why would you leave a sign out where customers see it & feel confused about whether the car wash is truly in service? Why wouldn't you want to make an effort to keep a happy customer? I am definitely NOT satisfied!

On 9/13/17 I pulled in to gas station because I saw a fuel truck off loading fuel so I thought I would have a chance to get some fuel. I got in line with others and waited approx. one-half hour. Then all of a sudden a clerk appears and tells everyone that they don't have power. Question: why have gas delivered if it can't be pumped? The fuel should have been delivered to a location that had power but no fuel. Some gov't./other group should have a system to monitor/coordinate these issues so that fuel is delivered to stations that can pump it. Is this asking too much?
