  I am an Interior Design Consultant and I have been exclusively using this amazing company for all of my projects and clients needs. Dave the owner takes huge pride in his business, customer service and his knowledge is immeasurable. Jessica and Jamie who work in the showroom are able to design and answer any questions you have about all of their products with such kindness and patience. Thank you ladies all that you do!!!!!! A big thank you to the installers Andy and Wes for their promptness, cleanliness and go to professional attitudes every time. All of you are the BEST and I look forward to working with you again and again.

  We had every window in our house replaced with blinds from this company. The owner showed up to take measurements and give us quotes. After a few months, one of the shades failed. When we called him, he could not have been more uncaring. I went to his shop and he wouldn't even look me in the eye. Just sat there on his computer with his back to us. Since then, the same shade has failed again. Being so disgusted with this guy, we had it repaired on our own despite the warranty. Just recently, another one of our blinds just fell off the wall. As it turns out, he (the owner) didn't even use mollies to hang it. Just screwed it into the drywall. This guy is very nice when he's selling you his product, but his after the sale service is pathetic. Please don't use this business for your window treatment needs. you'll be sorry in the long run.
