  honestly i thought maybe mine was an isolated incident and was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. The front desk girl was very nice. however after having a bad feeling about bringing my dog back there for another grooming i did more research on them and am finding they are not the safest groomers. i took my dog bob there a few months ago and they cut his neck PRETTY BAD ☹️ instead of telling me . which maybe I could of understood . accidents happen . They just covered it up with a bow tie so I didn't see it until that night. I don't like to write bad reviews unless really necessary. This was necessary for others tho.

  Terrible haircut, and she nicked him by his eye. 3 days later his eye is just starting to look better. I asked for a medicated shampoo due to allergies and his tummy is red and itchy.
