  Still waiting on batteries from October. I purchased dewalt bare tools as a special which included a 20 v6amp battery. Unfortunately lowes didn't have the batteries in stock at the time I purchased all four of the dewalt tools that had the promotion. I've continued to check back many times about batteries. I've been told more then a few times that I would receive a call when they came in. Well 4 months later I still haven't received my batteries. Lowe's now says they have no record of batteries that I'm owed. Also I just spent over an hour in the store waiting for them to search through records. Only to be told Joann the manager that she would have to do more research and get back to me late tonight. So not wanting to wait any longer. I left my phone number and expected a call tonight like promised. WELL NO CALL AND AT THIS POINT I MAY HAVE BEEN TAKEN FOR ABOUT $600 WORTH OF BATTERIES. I WOULD RECOMMEND AGAINST DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS LOWE'S!!!!
