  Horrible customer service, I went to the store to troubleshoot one of my phones. My phone was a replacement from the insurance company. "Matt" the store manager told me that the warranty is only good for 90 days, so I called the insurance company myself and found out that he was giving me erroneous information. While on the phone with the insurance company, I uncover that the insurance company has a year warranty for all refurbished phones. I passed the information to "Matt" and requested their WiFi to finish my troubleshoot with the insurance tech support on the phone. "Matt" denied me their WiFi, so I had to drive home to finish the troubleshoot first to proceed with the warranty. Never again going to that location.
