    Bought a new 60 in 4 K tv hooked it up and hated the picture-- how could this be --all the independent reviews were quite good -- tried to adjust picture which was very dark with very muted colors - tinkering didn't help. Then got the bright idea to go back and change the "home" setting to "store" setting. Wow up popped the best picture ever--bright screen beautiful colors amazing details and image sharpness . I was ecstatic until info about 4k realitypro, net flix, etc also popped. Guess I did see that at Best Buy store. Knew I needed help so went on the web.. Called geek squad 800 number and asked if they could adjust my set in the home setting to match the picture in the store setting -or just remove promotinal pop ups in store mode. Answer -probably we can -- your set will need to be calibrated to achieve that propable result. What would that cost I asked? $399.00 was the reply. . But if you can't achieve what I'm requesting then I wouldn't have to pay I said. Doesn't work like that said the Geek you pay in advance and there are no refunds after we come out because we were there and did our best on your problem. That won't work for me said I. And I continued to browse. Called TechConnect. Justin ansewerd phone. Explained my situation and what I wanted done. Jason replied yes I can do that-- it's not a problem. I said are you sure --and what would the cost be? Jason quoted an hourly rate and VOLUNTEERED of course, if I can't do what you want there won't be any charge at all, but I'm sure I can. I had found my man !! He came out and I now have as good, if not a better picture in home mode than store setting. Plus my Harmony remote was programmed to control my new tv plus DVD, blue ray player etc and he even hooked up my new tv ears. And all for much less than geek squad quote! Tech connect deserves 100 Stars. I am delighted with the service received and the price.Thank you Justin! Ron G
